Cocotiva’s core business is a two-edged sword; to provide security intelligence services and forensic investigation services to public and private entities and SASSETA approved safety and security training. With high levels of crime leading to more unsolved cases, forensic investigation and intelligence skills are in demand by the the security clusters, including the police, state security and investigation agencies, state owned enterprises and big corporates (. The demand for security and intelligence services is high as secure and stable environment continue to be a significant challenge to communities and business .The Company is at pre-registration stage with SASSETA and will be accredited soon, Mr Mboweni himself is an accredited assessor. He aims to use his skills and expertise to contribute in the security cluster learnership programs by providing security training. Provision of sector wide consultancy, tracing and risk management assessment services – the low-hanging fruits in the business – have been added to strategically complement the core services that we offer.
From the outset, business will offer services in four areas;
4.1 Forensic investigations and rehabilitation
These will be for;

- Theft/Fraud (assets, information)

4.2 Training services
- We will provide SSASETA approved safety and security training starting from Grade A to E (NQF level 4 and 5). In addition to the training, we will provide training assessment for our internal trainings and for external service providers.
